6th June 1944 was a date that changed the world, a date that as Churchill put it was the beginning of the end, D-Day! To remember that historic day & the sacrifice that many brave men made are many memorials. From stone plaques to this preserved Sherman tank they fly the flag for those brave men who freed the world from the grip of the Nazi regime.
